When you select new special trailer (ST type) tires for your pontoon boat trailer you first want to ensure you choose replacements that can handle the weight of the fully loaded trailer, and second, tires that provide enough clearance in the fender wells or wheel wells. The White # AM20006 and Galvanized # AM20008 are the closest size we have to the wheels on your 1972 Sea King Montgomery Ward boat trailer. These wheels are 8" x 3-3/4", with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. Their pilot hole is only 2.8" in diameter which you will need to ensure fits over your current hub. A keel roller is not designed to carry the bulk of a boat's weight. That is the job of the bunks, whether they are wobble roller bunks like yours, standard roller bunks or carpeted bunks. We do not have "sets" of tires/wheels and spares. We do have the Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire with 10" Galvanized Wheel # AM3H490 available with the tire and wheel, if you needed a set with a spare, you would just need to order a quantity of 3.
If you were to purchase just the tire, any tire shop should be able to mount the tire on the wheel.

I have a great setup for you, but the tire and wheels are sold separately. You will need to have them mounted when they arrive. I recomment the wheel # LH45FR. The wheel is aluminum to resist corrosion and rust since it is a pontoon boat trailer that sees the water.

We have wheels and tires that would work well for you. You would need to know what bolt pattern your wheels have though. If you have a 5 lug bolt pattern the part # AM30670 would work well. This has an 65 mph speed rating and inflates to 90 psi when cold.

Although I was unable to cross-reference the Wagner PE-1420 part number that you provided, we do offer replacement wheel cylinders for Dico brake assemblies.
If you have 10 inch or 12 inch Dico brake assemblies with a single serve wheel cylinder, you will need Replacement Wheel Cylinder, # BP17-030 for left hand side and # BP17-020 for right hand side.

Are you sure about the hub in question having a 5 on 4-3/4 bolt pattern?
The only idler hub we offer that uses that race/ bearing combination is part # 34822545BX for 8-10 inch wheels or # 8-258BTUC1 for 12-15 inch wheels.

A 5.30 x 12 tire would be too small to fit your 13" wheels so you would have to either replace the wheels as well or size up to a 175/80R13 tire and check to ensure that there's enough clearance between the tire and the frame and fenders of the trailer.
For a 5.30 x 12 tire and wheel you can use part # AM30850 if you have a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern or part # AM30790 if you have a 4 on 4 bolt pattern. The options in this size are all bias ply.

To find a replacement hub for your 1960's boat trailer you will need to match a few characteristics from your current set up: bearing numbers, seal number, wheel bolt pattern and axle weight rating.
